About Dr. Hestdalen, DIBAK, FASA

I have taught post-graduate education in Applied Kinesiology and Acupuncture for over two decades.

  I have been successfully working part time in my home based business since 1994. Now my full time efforts have expanded to help others build their dream. Your health is your greatest asset.

I have been a Doctor of Chiropractic since 1978.  My specialties are in Applied Kinesiology, Nutrition,   Acupuncture and Energetic Medicine.

For 6 years I was a teacher and coach.  I coached one undefeated season.

I have enjoyed athletics for many years. I enjoyed playing shortstop on a State Championship Softball team. Today I enjoy downhill and x-country skiing, cycling, and hiking. I have a regular workout schedule of weights and stair climbing (on real stairs).

Today I coach others to determine and reach the lifestyle they choose. Our daily choices will be our future. I also am a member of the sports medicine team for a professional baseball team.
